Fair Background: The Out of Hand Craft Fair is well established as Victoria 's premier professional Craft Fair. For 22 years Out of Hand has had a reputation for consistently presenting original, quality crafts in a beautiful setting. The Crystal Gardens is the perfect backdrop for fine crafts. Across the street from the Empress Hotel and the Victoria Conference Centre, where the fair has been held for it's first 20 years, The Crystal Gardens is in the heart of downtown Victoria .
Each year we welcome new craftspeople, & work hard to promote new work. With approximately 120 spaces, the OOH Fair is the largest professional show on Vancouver Island . We enjoy a great deal of media attention, and the show is well supported by both the locals and visitors, who come to Victoria from all over Vancouver Island, Vancouver, Seattle, and the Olympic Peninsula.
